Octavia is a Solicitor in MDL’s Property and Commercial Law team.
Octavia spent the first 11 years of her professional career as a Contract Manager for a real
estate agency, during which time she became well-versed in the world of property and
commercial negotiations, from initial contract execution through to settlement.
After concluding her law and business studies in 2020, Octavia has worked as a Law
Graduate, acquiring hands-on experience in disciplines such as wills and estates, residential
and commercial conveyancing, and other commercial matters.
Octavia has an eye for interior design and loves spending her down time at local bakeries
and cafes with a warm cup of coffee in hand.
