At MDL we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and attention to detail, and want to assure you that business will continue as usual. Our priority is always the safety of our people – this includes our team members, clients and the communities we passionately serve. We have implemented additional measures across all our offices, including sanitisation methods and alternate meeting solutions for our people to minimise the risk of exposure and transmission of COVID-19.

We understand that some people in the community are especially concerned, and may be required to self-isolate, so we have implemented the following measures to assist.

What if I have an appointment?
Where possible, we recommend opting for either a phone or video meeting. MDL can set up alternate facilities as required. Just get in touch with our team and we will make a recommendation and take care of the details.

What if I need legal services?
Business will continue as usual. You can call our offices on 3370 5100 between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, or you can send an online enquiry and we’ll get in touch with you.

What if there is a confirmed case in one of the MDL offices?
Business will continue as usual. We have remote working protocols in place to support our people to work away from our offices. Should the situation arise, we will provide advice for which office or offices have been impacted.
