Andrew was admitted to practice in 2007. After completing his two years of Articles with Gilshenan & Luton Lawyers, Andrew joined our Commercial Law Team at Warlow Scott Lawyers in December 2006. Andrew was promoted to Director of Warlow Scott Lawyers on 1 January 2011.
Andrew holds an accounting degree and owned and operated both a financial planning and management company as well as his own marketing company for thirteen years prior to commencing with Warlow Scott Lawyers. Andrew’s previous business experience in marketing has given him a keen insight into the issues facing SME’s in today’s legal and commercial environment. Andrew’s business experience has resulted in a dedicated “customer first” approach to his work making himself available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Andrew has acted in a wide range of commercial matters from joint venture and partnership agreements, franchising, corporate structuring, security documentation, business purchases and sales, licence agreements, large scale commercial property transactions, commercial tenders and intellectual property matters.
Andrew’s interests include commercial and residential property transactions and dispute resolutions, franchising, intellectual property, asset protection, corporate structuring and securities law as well as all aspects of property development and general commercial law affecting small to medium sized businesses.
