Bruce is a Director, and leads the Property and Commercial Team of our Sunshine Coast office, with an emphasis on commercial property and business sales.
Prior to entering the law Bruce was a registered property valuer and consultant, expert in commercial property. In this role he performed valuations of complex properties including service stations, hypothetical developments, and subdivisions, in both a national practice and as a director of his own firm.
Bruce is known for his down to earth nature and practical approach in resolving legal issues and ensuring that transactional matters are completed to a high standard.
